I would like to confirm the safe arrival of Ms Alessa yesterday early at 8.30am. Alessa was introduced to her homestay Scott and Amanda, attached is a photo at the ariport to share with her family. Scott had a busy day planned for Alessa and the family, they spent their Australia Day at the cricket, a good introduction to the Australian lifestyle for Alessa.

Hallo Frau Meinert,
ich wollte Ihnen kurz mitteilen, dass Katharina gut in Australien gelandet ist. Sie hat sich schon sehr gut eingelebt, hat Spaß und genießt die Zeit. Vielen, vielen Dank nochmal für Ihre Unterstützung. Sonst hätten wir das in der Kürze der Zeit wahrscheinlich nicht hinbekommen- DANKE! Katharina geht es sehr gut. Keine Anzeichen von Heimweh. Mit der Sprache klappt es auch viel besser als ich mir je vorstellen konnte. Sie ist rund herum glücklich.
Besser konnte es kaum laufen. Wenn ich dann auch da bin, werden wir eine ca. 3-wöchige Rundreise an der Ostküste hoch und über Alice Springs zurück unternehmen. Ich bin schon sehr gespannt.
